Joe (aka Newt) has been tattooing in the Rochester area for over 28 years. He is well versed in all styles of tattooing but prefers black & gray. He has worked at several area shops and was co-owner of Divine Chaos Tattoo for 6 yrs. In October 2017, Newt decided to open his own shop...Eye of Newt Tattoo.

Joe will be doing a select number of projects per month. If your request is something Joe does not accept, we will direct you to whomever he feels is the best fit for that tattoo.

 

Rate: $200 per hour. $200 nonrefundable deposit to book.
