Joe (known as "Newt") has been tattooing in the Rochester area for nearly three decades. Skilled in all styles, his true passion lies in black & grey work. Over the years, he as brought his artistry to several local shops before opening Eye of Newt Tattoo in October 2017, where he continues to create timeless, custom designs.
